황금레시피


Do you know this TV show "생생정보통"? I'm a big fan of this program, especially, 황금레시피 in this show, they find famous restaurants and give secret recipes. You can also get informations of recipes and restaurants.

I would like to introduce 국물떡볶이 recipe which is the most impressive to me.
 
 
 

Ingredients

떡(rice cake) 400g, fish cake, 18 tbsp of red hot pepper, 10 tbsp of sugar, 8 tbsp of starch syrup, 15 tbsp of rice water, juice of two parprika, water (2,600cc), a head of pollack, 6 large-eyed herrings, a handful of dried prawn, a handful of dried shiitake mushroom, garlic, spring onion, a half of onion, a tbsp of sugar, kelp

Recipe


1. Pour 2,500cc of water to a head of pollack, six large-eyed herrings, a handful of dried prawn and shiitake mushroom and garlic, spring onion and a half of onion in a pot and Boil them for 10 minutes over high heat.

2. Shift to low heat and then add a tbsp of sugar, keep boil it for 30 minutes.

3. Turn off the gas and add kelp for 8 minutes and remove it.

4. Make sauce with red hot pepper, sugar, strach syrup, rice water and paprika juice.

5. Put rice cake and the sauce on six cups of boiled water and boil them over high heat.

6. Add fish cake when rice cake starts to float and boil down them over medium heat for 3 minutes.

South Korean Instant Noodles

South Korea Instant Noodles

 
Do you enjoy Happy Together Midnight Snacks which is popular TV show in Korea? In this program, celebrities compete their own food recipe which is can be done easily and cheaply. Many celebrities gave food using South Korean instant noodles, so I collected some instant noodles recipes.
 

최원영's 짜치계

Boil noodles of 짜파게티 and add soup, sliced cheese and an egg and mix them.
 

 하하's 된장라면

Boil water with kelp and anchovies and add doenjang, ssamjang and gochujang in the ratio of 6:3:1. Add potatoes, red hot peppers and noodles at the end.
 

 김동완's 골빔면

Boil the noodles of 비빔면 and wash them with iced water and remove water from them. Cut whelk, carrot, cucumber, perilla leaf and lettuce. Mix the noodles with sauce and red chili-pepper paste with vinegar. Put the vegetables on it.
 

케이윌's 참짜면

Boil 짜장참치 with canned corns and plain noodles.

Pompeii Steamed Eggs



Everyone is wondering what is "Pompeii steamd eggs?". I got to know pompeii steamed egg from a popluar webtoon, "역전! 야매요리". First I also thought it was very werid name. It is because it looks like the eruption of volcano.

Ingredients

eggs, anchovies, kelp, salt, carrots, spring onion, salt, cooking wine
 
 

Recipe

Break 6 eggs and add a little bit of salt and cooking wine.

Pour a little water from bottom and put anchovies and kelp in ttukbaegi (earthen pot)
 
Boil it and scoop anchovies and kelp.

Pour the egg wash and boil it over medium heat.

Stir the egg wash using whisk not to burn it

When it gets cooked stop stir and shift medium heat to low heat.
 
Put cut carrots and spring onion on it.
 
 
 

Jangjorim

Jangjorim

Jangjorim is beef boiled down with eggs in soy sauce. I made Jangjorim myself with pork instead of beef. It's ok with pork but there will be a little fat lard on Jangjorim, so if you don't want it, make it with beef. It's easy but there will be some hassle like peeling eggs.

Ingredients

eggs, quail eggs, pork,  spring onions, garlic, soy sauce

Recipe


First, boil eggs and quail eggs for 20 minutes and peel them.
 
 
Boil pork until it gets very tender for about 30 minutes and
cool down it for a minutes and rend it.
 
Put eggs, quail eggs, spring onions, garlic and pour soy sauce and boil down them for 15 minutes.

Beef Bean-Sprout Soup

Beef Bean-Sprout Soup

I'm always hungry for hot and spicy beef bean-sprout soup in the winter. It is not only delicious but also really good for relieving hangovers. I made beef bean-sprout at home on my own.

Ingredients

beef 400g, bean-sprout, spring onions, radishes, crushed garlic, sesame oil, crushed red hot pepper, salt

Recipe


 
Remove beans and tips from bean-sprouts.
 
 
 
Cut slices of spring onions and radishes.
 
 
 
 
Boil beef and minced garlic with sesame oil in a big pot until beaf gets brown.
 
 
 
 
Pour water and add spring onions, radishes and prepared bean-sprouts in the pot.
 
 
 
Add one spoon of crushed red hot pepper and salt to suit your taste and boil for more than 40 minutes.
