Beef Bean-Sprout Soup

I'm always hungry for hot and spicy beef bean-sprout soup in the winter. It is not only delicious but also really good for relieving hangovers. I made beef bean-sprout at home on my own.

Ingredients

beef 400g, bean-sprout, spring onions, radishes, crushed garlic, sesame oil, crushed red hot pepper, salt

Recipe


 
Remove beans and tips from bean-sprouts.
 
 
 
Cut slices of spring onions and radishes.
 
 
 
 
Boil beef and minced garlic with sesame oil in a big pot until beaf gets brown.
 
 
 
 
Pour water and add spring onions, radishes and prepared bean-sprouts in the pot.
 
 
 
Add one spoon of crushed red hot pepper and salt to suit your taste and boil for more than 40 minutes.
