Toowoomba Pasta

Making Toowoomba Pasta at home



 
Toowoomba pasta is cream suace fettucinie with shirimp and mashrooms available at Outback.
 

Ingredients

fettucinie noodles, shrimp, mushrooms, whipping cream 350ml, 1/3 cupt of milk, minced garlic, soysauce, spring onions, salt, pepper, chili powder, ketchup (hot peppers and cheese if you want)
 

Recipe

 
Mix whipping cream 350ml with a spoon of soysauce, chopped spring onions and pepper.
 
 
 
 
Cover and stand at room temperature for at least one hour.
 
 
 
 
Saute minced garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
 
 
 
 
Boil fettucinie noodles with a little salt.
 
 
 
 
 
Mix sauted mushrooms and shrimps with a little of ketcup, chili powder, pepper and salt.
 
 
 
Boil whipping cream and 1/3 cupt of milk.
 
 
 
Add mushrooms and shrimps when it starts to boil and add hot peppers if you want a spicy taste.
 
 
 
 
Remove water from noodles and boil with them.
 
 
 
Add sliced or mozarella cheese if you want.
