황금레시피


Do you know this TV show "생생정보통"? I'm a big fan of this program, especially, 황금레시피 in this show, they find famous restaurants and give secret recipes. You can also get informations of recipes and restaurants.

I would like to introduce 국물떡볶이 recipe which is the most impressive to me.
 
 
 

Ingredients

떡(rice cake) 400g, fish cake, 18 tbsp of red hot pepper, 10 tbsp of sugar, 8 tbsp of starch syrup, 15 tbsp of rice water, juice of two parprika, water (2,600cc), a head of pollack, 6 large-eyed herrings, a handful of dried prawn, a handful of dried shiitake mushroom, garlic, spring onion, a half of onion, a tbsp of sugar, kelp

Recipe


1. Pour 2,500cc of water to a head of pollack, six large-eyed herrings, a handful of dried prawn and shiitake mushroom and garlic, spring onion and a half of onion in a pot and Boil them for 10 minutes over high heat.

2. Shift to low heat and then add a tbsp of sugar, keep boil it for 30 minutes.

3. Turn off the gas and add kelp for 8 minutes and remove it.

4. Make sauce with red hot pepper, sugar, strach syrup, rice water and paprika juice.

5. Put rice cake and the sauce on six cups of boiled water and boil them over high heat.

6. Add fish cake when rice cake starts to float and boil down them over medium heat for 3 minutes.
