Jangjorim

Jangjorim

Jangjorim is beef boiled down with eggs in soy sauce. I made Jangjorim myself with pork instead of beef. It's ok with pork but there will be a little fat lard on Jangjorim, so if you don't want it, make it with beef. It's easy but there will be some hassle like peeling eggs.

Ingredients

eggs, quail eggs, pork,  spring onions, garlic, soy sauce

Recipe


First, boil eggs and quail eggs for 20 minutes and peel them.
 
 
Boil pork until it gets very tender for about 30 minutes and
cool down it for a minutes and rend it.
 
Put eggs, quail eggs, spring onions, garlic and pour soy sauce and boil down them for 15 minutes.
